San Diego Core Fitnesss Summer Core Transform Nutrition Challenge

 

What is it?

First, you'll fill out this form: Core Transform, so we can get your food preferences and an idea of your overall goals.

Next, you'll sign up for the program by either selecting Packages and scrolling down to the appropriate nutrition option after you fill out the form or just click here:

*This option is for monthly members only, there are no refunds, if you have signed up for this and are not on 
Monthly member plan the money will be place on your account and can be used for other services. No refunds
will be made for signing up for the wrong plan. 

Once you've filled out the form and signed up for the program you can call Rachel at 858-413-6130 to schedule your initial appointment and body compostion.

 

  • Rachel will review your form, answer any questions you may have and then schedule the first menu, which will arrive by email.
  • The following week you will receive your personalized menu based on the answers in your Core Transform Form.
  • After that, you will be asked to food log, if this is not your thing then no worries, you will basically be utilizing the previous week's menu plus adding your own foods to it.
  • The third week you will return for your 30 minute coaching appointment where Rachel will get a second body comp as well as review how you have done and coach you, answering questions and guiding you to reach your personal goals.
  • It's not over yet, you will have the option to purchase discounted 15 minute Body Composition Appointments, personalized menus, and coaching appointments as you continue throughout the summer until October.
  • Along the way we will be awarding prizes such as a half day on the bay with friends and family on one of our boats as well as half off months of boot camp and free nutrition programs.
